Terms of Service

About FITHR
FITHR Club provides a web portal for training preferences, account connections, and enabled coaching, booking and billing services. FITHR Club is operated by FITHR LLC. Contact christian@neilcreative.com for service questions.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be legally able to enter an agreement for the services you select and meet any eligibility requirements disclosed for those services. Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in secure and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Admin access is granted by FITHR; creating a client account does not grant permission to manage other clients or payment accounts. Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, upload unlawful material or interfere with others’ accounts.
Services and availability
Only features marked as available are offered. A connection button, preview or test screen is not a promise that a service is live. The site currently has checkout disabled while payment setup and testing are completed. Before paid services open, the offer will identify the service provider, price, included sessions, billing interval and applicable expiry or booking restrictions.
One-time packages and recurring plans
A session package is a one-time purchase of the stated number of sessions under the expiry terms shown before purchase. A recurring subscription charges the stated amount at the stated interval until cancelled. Each successfully paid period receives the stated session allowance. Before subscribing, review the charge amount, renewal frequency and cancellation terms; recurring charges require your affirmative authorization. Changes to an offer do not silently change an existing purchase. Material changes to an existing subscription require appropriate advance notice and consent where required.
Billing and management
Where enabled, payment is processed by Stripe on the connected merchant account identified for the offer. Clients manage subscriptions inside FITHR at Membership & billing. A failed payment may delay or suspend the associated paid access; it does not create a new paid session allowance. Do not assume a checkout return page alone confirms a completed payment. Our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy explain how to stop renewals and request an eligible refund. Applicable consumer rights remain protected.
Training and health
FITHR’s portal and fitness content are for general fitness and coaching purposes, not medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency assistance. Choose activities suitable for your circumstances and seek qualified medical advice when needed. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Stop activity and seek appropriate help if you experience symptoms or injury. These terms do not waive rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Connected services and user content
Admins choose whether to connect their own payment, calendar and meeting accounts and must have authority to do so. Third-party providers may impose their own terms, eligibility requirements or outages. You retain ownership of information you submit and permit FITHR to process it as needed to provide the requested service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit information you lack authority to share.
Suspension, closure and changes
We may restrict access to address misuse, security threats or legal requirements. Contact support about closing an account and resolving any active paid service. Closing an account, disconnecting Google, or removing an app does not by itself confirm subscription cancellation; use Membership & billing or obtain support confirmation. We will communicate material changes to these terms and preserve applicable consumer rights.

For account, billing, privacy or service concerns, email christian@neilcreative.com. Nothing in these terms limits a refund, cancellation, warranty or other protection that applicable law requires.
Monthly subscription session allowances
Subscription session allowances reset each month on the subscription’s monthly anniversary, including when the subscription is billed annually. Unused subscription sessions expire at the reset and do not carry over to the next month. Annual payment does not make all twelve months of sessions available at once. Separately purchased session packages keep the expiry stated for that package and are not subject to this monthly reset.
