Cancellation Policy
Effective September 29, 2026
Cancel a recurring subscription
Sign in to FITHR, open Membership & billing, choose Manage billing for the plan, and select Cancel automatic renewal. Review the confirmation and displayed end date. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless an eligible refund ends access earlier, the current paid period keeps its existing expiry. Cancel before the next renewal is processed to avoid the next scheduled charge.
Resume or restart
If an active subscription is scheduled to end, you can use Resume automatic renewal before it ends. Resuming authorizes the existing subscription to renew at its existing rate. Once a subscription has ended, a new purchase may be needed. Refund requests are handled separately under our Refund Policy; cancelling renewal does not automatically calculate or issue a refund.
Packages, bookings and missed sessions
One-time session packages do not automatically renew. Subscription cancellation and cancellation of an individual appointment are different actions. Appointment cancellation deadlines, rescheduling rules, missed-session deductions and any fees must be disclosed in the booking terms before you confirm an appointment. No specific appointment cancellation deadline or missed-session fee is imposed by this page.
Need help cancelling?
If the in-app controls are unavailable, email christian@neilcreative.com from your account email with the plan name and a clear request to stop renewal. Do not send card numbers or passwords. Keep a copy of your request and contact us if a charge appears after a confirmed cancellation. Signing out, deleting browser data, disconnecting a calendar or requesting account deletion is not a substitute for confirmed billing cancellation.
Refunds and consumer rights
Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. See the Refund Policy for the seven-day full-refund windows and the whole-month proration that applies only to annual plans after that window. Applicable cancellation and refund rights remain in effect even where they provide more protection than these policies.
Monthly subscription session allowances
Subscription session allowances reset each month on the subscription’s monthly anniversary, including when the subscription is billed annually. Unused subscription sessions expire at the reset and do not carry over to the next month. Annual payment does not make all twelve months of sessions available at once. Separately purchased session packages keep the expiry stated for that package and are not subject to this monthly reset.
